Aviva Romm: Is Your Libido Low?

Is Your Libido Low?
Do you wonder whether your libido is low? Do you take care of women or have friends or relatives who are wondering?
Important questions to ask include:
  • Has there been a recent change in your libido? When was it higher? What changed?
  • Are you having any medical symptoms, for example, fatigue, dry skin, or weight gain that might indicate an underlying problem?
  • What's going on in your personal life: A new baby? Caring for an elderly relative? Trouble with children? Work stress? Other stressors?
  • What do you believe might be contributing to this decrease in your sex drive?
  • And perhaps most importantly, how is your relationship with your partner?
Libido is profoundly influenced by our sense of personal well-being, our physical health, our hormones, stress levels, and our relationship happiness.

Medicine has more opportunities for you to learn about natural
healing.  Here are this month's classes.

Balancing Hormones
It isn't just about menopause anymore...
Webinar with Kimberly Balas, ND
February 18, March 11, March 25
8:30 Easter, 7:30 Central, 6:30 Mountain and 5:30 Pacific time

Hormones play a vital role in our overall health.  These powerful
chemical messengers circulate through your blood stream,
generating a wide range of cellular and emotional responses.
The balance of hormones impacts every major organ and system
in your body. Every time you get angry, become tired, laugh, cry,
have sex, wake up, feel hungry, or fall asleep your body is
responding to hormones.

Health requires a delicate balance and the body has the innate
wisdom to try to maintain that balance.  Part of this involves
constantly adjusting hormone levels and ratios.  Weight gain,
depression, PMS and symptoms associated with menopause are
alarms telling us that this hormonal balance is off.

Researchers have found that a decrease or imbalance in hormones
plays an important role in the aging process. Increasing hormonal
imbalance ultimately impairs muscle development, sexual function,
sleep patterns and various brain functions, including memory.  So,
as your hormones become increasingly imbalanced it reduces your
verall sense of well-being.  It also puts you at a higher risk for
cardiovascular problems, osteoporosis and other diseases associated
with aging.

In some women, this imbalance becomes so severe they can barely
get out of bed! We're all different — and we love that because it makes
life much more interesting— but it also means that your biochemistry
is unique.  So just as you have your unique life history and path, so
your path to hormonal balance will be unique.

Learn how to balance your own hormones in this special three webinar
class taught by Kimberly Balas, ND.  You'll learn to understand hormones,
read saliva hormone reports and know how to improve hormonal balance
so you can help yourself and others to greater health.

Tree of Light's Associate
Program Webinars

Tree of Light has an Associate program with three different webinar
topics each month.  Associates can download handouts and
recordings for each webinar (and all past webinars) from the member area.
They can also download the PowerPoint presentations to modify and use in
teaching their own classes.

In addition to the three webinars and access to the member archives,
members obtain discounts on all Tree of Light courses, books and other
materials. Learn more about becoming an associate.

Here are the upcoming webinars for Tree of Light's Associate program:

February 13, 2013: Business Coaching
Begin with the End in Mind

Remember when you were young? Most of us when we're young have
lots of hopes and dreams.  For many of us, however, the setbacks we
suffer in life cause us to lose our hopes and dreams.  This webinar is
about finding your hopes and dreams, again, and how you turn them
into achievements and successes.  More importantly, it's about discovering
your life vision and pursing your unique life purpose.

February 19 and 20, 2013: Busting the Cholesterol Myth
People have been brainwashed to believe that heart disease is
caused by eating too much saturated fat and cholesterol.  It's a myth,
that is not backed up by good science.  In this webinar, we'll be busting
that myth and telling you the truth about cholesterol, the hazards of
statin drugs and the real causes of heart disease. February 19 we'll have
Kimberly Balas as our special guest for the Nature's Sunshine version
of this webinar and Thomas Easley will join us on the 20th for the
generic version of this program.

March 4, 2013: Restoring a State of Grace
If you watch wild animals you'll see that their movements are graceful
and flowing. So are the movements of happy young children.  As we
grow older we lose this grace as our body stores more and more trauma
in tense, locked muscles.  Emotional healing is about unfreezing this
trauma from the body and restoring it back to its original graceful state.
This also takes the person's psyche away from a state of shame, fear and
guilt and into a state of grace, happiness, trust, joy and peace.

Cost for the program is just $19.95 per month and your first month is free.
Visit treelite.com for more information or call 800-416-2887 to enroll.
